'GlobalCommonsRegistry' started from a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Bianchi family established our pizza place in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned shop, passing on cherished recipes through generations.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, honed her pizza craft during her travels across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the pizza origin city. After her return to the UK, she was committed to bringing the essence of real Italian pizza, employing classic techniques and premium ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat pizza shop has evolved into a beloved community staple while maintaining our devotion to excellence and authenticity. We continue baking with traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough daily from scratch, and sourcing only top-tier ingredients.
Still a family-owned establishment, 'GlobalCommonsRegistry' is now steered by the Bianchi's second generation, guiding our eager team. Despite embracing new technologies, the core of our venture stays true: forging delectable, genuine pizzas that gather people around.
